Our beginners course is designed for the newbie to CrossFit, a fundamental course that focuses on technique and correct movement, to increase confidence before starting in group classes.

You will work through all the movements, lifts and skills that you will come up against in our classes and help you move confidently.

​

Course of 3 x 1 on 1 45 minute session booked when suits you and your coach plus 1 week free unlimited classes.
