One of our foundation members, Alex comes from a diverse sports background - rugby, surf boat rowing, Triathalon and MTB racing.
He has trained CrossFit since 2008, which led to competing in both Powerlifting meets and Strongman on a National level.
Alex has a firm belief that athletes are made in their first few years nailing the fundamentals; not rushing to try boost the ego. Results and reward come with time and dedication from both athlete and coach.
An incredibly friendly guy, Alex is one of the loud characters in the gym; his encouragement and passion reverberates throughout, ensuring everyone gets the best out of themselves in each workout.
