Crossfit Kids is a wonderful opportunity for children to develop a love of movement and fitness.
It’s not a scaled down version of adult Crossfit – it’s a program specifically designed for the developmental needs of children and teens.
Through games and workouts the children will develop agility, coordination, balance, speed, flexibility and strength. Kids experience constant variety to keep them engaged.
They also enjoy the benefits of working together as a group – not to mention the feeling of success from their own achievements.
More than anything, your kids will love it because it is fun!
With Crossfit kids, they may not even know they are exercising!
Coach Mel is a mother of two & has vast experience in teaching children movement.
Her qualifications are:
CrossFit Kids Trainer
CrossFit Level 1 Instructor
Cert 4 in Personal Training
First Aid level 1 & CPR
Working with children license
20 years experience teaching kids Dance and Movement classes.
