Box Jumps/step ups

Double Unders/ singles

Toes to bars/ Knees or toes to hips

Rope climbs probable

Pull ups/ring rows

Rowing

Barbell movements - Snatch, deadlift etc all doable weights

There will be a 1-3rm of some lift

NO HSPU unless we feel mean in a final (abmat)

NO RIng or Bar Muscle ups

ALL MOVEMENTS are SCALABLE
