Standards

All things like CrossFit..... 

  • Box Jumps/step ups

  • Double Unders/ singles

  • Toes to bars/ Knees or toes to hips

  • Rope climbs probable

  • Pull ups/ring rows

  • Rowing

  • Barbell movements - Snatch, deadlift etc all doable weights

  • There will be a 1-3rm of some lift

  • NO HSPU unless we feel mean in a final (abmat)

  • NO RIng or Bar Muscle ups

  • ALL MOVEMENTS are SCALABLE

  • We want a very inclusive event that everyone can enjoy

  • If you scale a movement you cannot podium
