Beginners Intermediate Masters
All workouts will be doable, scalable and inclusive for all.
We have not released standards as it's all basic CrossFit movements you do every week at training.
Expect:-
Rowing
Kettle swings
Box jumps/step ups
Pull ups/ring rows
Double unders/singles
Perhaps some 1RMs
No advanced gymnastics unless u make it to the finals depending on division.
Teams is all levels all movements and no minimum work requirements
