ATTENTION MINIBOWL & MASTER ATHLETES
Teams - your workouts will be released over the next week so you will have some time to strategise before the event
Individuals and Masters we might release your workouts if you behave.
All info on heats, times etc will be released asap. Saturday you will have a short day.
Sunday we have 20 heats so expect a rego at 6am with a 7am start to get through all the workouts on time and have you home by 5pm.
We would still like a few judges for either day. If you can assist please contact us prior to event so we can give you all details.
Tshirts will be available at registration and will be first in best dressed for sizing.
Parking - there is a lot of parking in all the streets around CrossFit SouthWharf, please do not park in businesses or over driveways.
Onsite Tally Health will be serving up amazing food, coffee and smoothies from their kitchen there so dont worry about packing too much.
There is also floatation pods onsite, so if you want to pre book your float contact the guys to book in
