Hi. I am Josh
I started CrossFit in 2016 when I started getting bored of my workouts at a globo gym. What attracts me to CrossFit is how it complements by personality. I am a competitive person who gets bored easily and needs to keep working towards something, and CrossFit is perfect for both. As some of you know, I am a dietitian who left my job at a hospital last year to pursue my own nutrition coaching business, while gaining a specialisation in sports nutrition. Being a sports dietitian allows me to directly apply theory into practice; where I can test things on myself before I recommend them to others. Like competitive training, it's a constant battle to get things perfectly balanced to suit you and you alone, which is the part I love the most.
If Crossfit is all about forging elite fitness in the general population, I believe that elite nutrition should come hand in hand with it, and that's what I aim to deliver to my clients.
